Admission criteria:

Primary diagnosis must be mental retardation and each individual must meet financial eligibility and receive either SSI or Social Security. Must be in need of and able to participate in active treatment which is defined as an aggressive, consistent implementation of a program of specialized and generic training, treatment, health services and related services.
